1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FuelVoxx website, mobile application, or any services provided by FuelVoxx (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FuelVoxx provides on-demand fuel delivery, EV charging, and related services. We connect users with fuel delivery partners who deliver fuel directly to users' vehicles at their specified locations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify FuelVoxx immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Service at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. You agree that FuelVoxx may charge your payment method for any services purchased and for any additional amounts that may be incurred in connection with your account.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a fuel delivery request without charge up to 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time may incur a cancellation fee.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Violate or encourage others to violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights
• Post, upload, or distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, inaccurate, or that a reasonable person could deem to be objectionable
• Interfere with security-related features of the Service
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or any user's enjoyment of the Service
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to access or search the Service through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism other than the software and/or search agents provided by FuelVoxx

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FuelVoxx and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FuelVoxx, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of the Service; (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein; (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service; (v) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party; and/or (vi) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the company is advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FuelVoxx, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.

11. Termination

FuelVoxx may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

FuelVoxx reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
